The house has four bedrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, another has a standard  double, one room has 2 single beds, and bedroom 4 has a single with pull-out trundle. A travel cot is also provided.

The property is fully furnished.

The Cinema room is equiped with a 50 inch plasma TV and surround sound.

The house is air conditioned, and the kitchen and laundry are equiped with all modern appliances.

There is sufficient cooking equipment and crockery and bedding/linen and towels are provided. A cleaning service is provided between lettings only, but may be organised at extra cost if tenants require during their stay.  

 

The inground swimming pool is heated, and measures approx 7.8M x 3.7M. It is fenced off for safety.

The alfresco area is equiped with a barbeque and a table and chairs.
